Our story
Not Swiss Cheese was founded by Gurveer Sabharwal, a chartered accountant from Leeds who wrecked his back and neck on a cheap student mattress. His dad pointed him to natural latex — the same resilient material used in aircraft, race cars and medical cushioning since the early 1900s.
Within weeks the pain eased. That switch became a brand built on three things the industry kept hiding: real materials, real science, and real plain talk. No gimmicks. No fluff. No holes where it counts.
