2. MAKING A PURCHASE
Purchasing from Not Swiss Cheese is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. Every product on our website is showcased with professionally taken images to ensure accurate representation. Our online ordering system is user-friendly, but if you encounter any issues or need help before making a decision, our customer service team is ready to assist. 3. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER
Once an order is placed, our automated system will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include all necessary details such as delivery address, order number, total cost, and a list of ordered items. Please review your confirmation to ensure all information is accurate.
In rare cases, we may run out of stock of a particular product. If this happens, we will notify you within 2 working days about the product's availability. If the restocking date or alternatives are not acceptable to you, a full refund will be processed through your chosen payment method. Refunds to bank cards may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
4. PRICING
We strive to display accurate pricing and descriptions at all times. However, Not Swiss Cheese reserves the right to cancel the sale of any item priced incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS
We aim to ensure all our items are depicted as accurately as possible, using professionally taken images. This guarantees that the product you receive will match what you saw on our website. However, slight differences may occur due to the manufacturing process. Additionally, factors such as monitor settings and lighting conditions can cause minor color variations. Please consider these factors before making a purchase.

7. ORDERS MARKED AS COMPLETE
Not Swiss Cheese is not responsible for any costs related to delivery disputes after 7 business days once orders are marked as complete. Each order is marked as complete once the goods are delivered, and customers are informed via email. Two consecutive emails are sent upon delivery: the first confirms successful delivery with specifics, and the second marks the order as complete unless we receive negative feedback or complaints. After the order is marked as complete, customers have a 7 business-day "Grace Period" to raise any concerns.
8. RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
We offer a 30-day return policy for peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, email us a picture of the item so we can confirm the issue. Once confirmed, we will collect the item free of charge and either replace it or issue a full refund.
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, we may still be able to stop the delivery. However, if cancellation is not possible, the order will be treated as a return. Please note that used items and bespoke made-to-measure orders are not eligible for return.
You are responsible for the return costs. You can use a courier of your choice or we can arrange it for you. Our courier collections are typically more expensive than the original delivery cost due to being "one-off" collections. We will inform you of the cost before proceeding. The full value of the original order (including any original delivery fee) will be refunded minus the collection cost.

9. FAULTY/INCORRECT GOODS
If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect, we will exchange them or issue a full refund. Notify us in writing or via email within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging or suitably strong material. We will issue a full refund once the item is received and inspected.
All goods are checked and securely packaged before dispatch. If you receive an item with damaged packaging, sign for the parcel as damaged on the courier's delivery note to help us verify the damage.

Note: Please note that as per Brexit new law, the customer is liable to pay customs duty tax if your items are coming to the UK from Germany or any other country.
