I've been buying pillows trying to find the right one, theni came across these pillows, I love how you can remove/add foam to make it firmer or softer.
They come with a extra outer cover which can be removed and washed.
These pillows are NOT standard size, but slightly smaller, this is the only downside.
My wife loves her new pillow as do I.

I have cervical spondylitis & have struggled with finding a supportive pillow that’s isn’t too firm. This is the one for me. It supports my neck just right & it’s very comfortable at the sane time. Would highly recommend!!

This is exactly what I have been looking for. I have tried various other pillows claiming to be the ideal pillow for neck support but they all left me with pain and headaches. As soon as I lift my head of the pillow it is instantly back to its original shape.I am having the best sleep now and waking pain and headache free. I would highly recommend.

This pillows arrive in nice zipped bags, although as they are pretty compressed, getting them back in (should you wish to) is a bit of a struggle.

The pillows are full of little pieces of memory foam, so you can adjust the firmness by removing some of the foam if you wish to (we haven't). The pillows are the same size as our old ones.

In use, the pillows are fairly firm and the "memory" effect is noticeable. They don't bounce back like normal pillows, and you don't sink into them so much. We used to have two pillows each, but with these pillows, we only need one pillow.

The firmness took a bit of getting used to, but my husband has commented that since swapping to these pillows, he no longer wakes up with neck-ache.

Love these pillows. I bought one, so comfy I bought another. Lighter than dunlopillow and comfortably cooler, I will buy at least one for my other beds so gusts can try them. Quality very good. Shame I cant fit them in my suitcase for holidays!!!
