Making the Right Choice with Not Swiss Cheese

Dunlop pillows

A special feature of our UK latex pillows is its bactericidal capacity which hinders the growth of moulds, fungus and bacteria in general, making it a first-class mite-resistant, hypoallergenic pillow.

In addition, the open cell structure of latex guarantees a very high level of hygiene and breathability that prevents the accumulation of moisture.
A special production process is used in the making of this pillow, where it gains special sturdy form factor. This feature is highly valuable and provides the ultimate support for medical use.
Latex, which is highly flexible, allows the Traditionally-shaped Standard size pillow to effectively and immediately react to pressure, providing relief during rest and maintaining its characteristics over the years thanks to its inherently resistant quality.

Dunlop process of manufacturing Latex makes the product affordable and adds value to the purchase by making the pillow denser. This makes our pillow good for back support, which is essential for a good, pain-free night's sleep. Our pillow is Dunlop processed and is of Firm profile. Please note that our pillow is not of the brand "Dunlopillo" but is manufactured using a similar method of latex processing. We aim to provide the pillows at an affordable price and hence we prioritise consistency, durability and effectiveness of the product over its visual and marketing appeal.

Talalay Latex on the other hand, is softer and more plush than the Dunlop Pillow. Subjecting the Latex core to Vacuum and then Freezing it to temperatures that are lesser than -30 C, makes the density of the Talalay pillow more consistent and gives it a lighter and fluffier feel. But the extra processes in the manufacture makes this an expensive, yet Premium choice.
